I was looking for hair color that didn't have as many chemicals and bad ingredients as most. This demi-permanent color seems to fit the bill. It was easy to use and apply ( along with the developer) and I like that I can decide how much I want to use ( great for root touch-ups!). The only thing I found was that it turned out way darker than the box color would suggest, but my hairdresser suggested I could buy another tube and mix two of them to get the desired look. So far the color is holding up really well and my grays are still hidden.

Beautiful gloss color and shine!
I bought the purple and red. Either color on their own are beautiful. The purple was dark (even on my dark brown hair) and not super noticeable but had a beautiful amethyst purple sheen in the sun. The red is definitely more noticeable in or out of the light, very soft hint of color/shine, but fades faster. I also mixed them together and got this gorgeous red wine color that gave even more dimension to the color and shine, I absolutely love it and found my new favorite shade and product! I have long hair and only needed to use about 1 oz of developer with 1/2 oz of color so this supply will last a few colorings!

How To Use
Using Wella Colorcharm Demi-Permanent Color.
Mix 1 part Wella Colorcharm Demi-Permanent to 2 parts 10 volume Wella Colorcharm Cream Developer (sold separately ) in a non-metal bowl.
Apply color mixture starting at the roots, thoroughly distributing through lengths and ends.
Let the color develop for 20 minutes without heat.
Rinse the color out of the hair until water runs clear, shampoo and condition.
